Addison Pointe allows up to two pets per apartment, with a $300 fee per pet, plus monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. While we love pets, we do have some restrictions on exotic animals and certain dog breeds. We use PetScreening.com for all pet approvals to ensure an easy process.
