Pet Policy
Addison Pointe allows up to two pets per apartment, with a $300 fee for one pet or $500 for two, plus monthly pet rent of $25 for one pet and $15 for a second. While we love pets, we do have some restrictions on exotic animals and certain dog breeds. We use PetScreening.com for all pet approvals to ensure an easy process.
