I moved into Addison Pointe Apartment Homes 1.5 years ago and I have nothing short of praise for the personnel at this complex. They are professional, courteous, polite and very friendly. Not only do they respond quick to my work order but the front office staff are very helpful and care about my personal life. They always take time to greet you and talk to you as long as needed. If I have a stressful day, I only need to enter those office doors to cheer me up. I would recommend any and everyone that is looking for a great place to live to look no further than Addison Point. Excellent job Addison Point Staff. Thank you and God Bless.

This is the apartment complex to live in 👍 The staff is very friendly. If there is anything ever wrong with your place, the maintenance men get there quickly & with good attitudes. They take very good care of everything. We also feel pretty safe. I feel very thankful & blessed to have found this place.

Recent maintenance request to maintenance tech team was done and completed long before expected. Great job and thank you! The Staff from Manager, Asst Manager, Leasing Agents, and Maintenance Techs are among best professional oriented Team that work at a high level of character and integrity. They are amazingly great at what they do in the Property Management forum. They are totally pleasant and personable. They take great pride in their running the day to day busy operation at such a large Complex. I have been here 4 years and have enjoyed living on this campus.

The staff here is pretty friendly and the maintenance of the complex is a top priority. Anytime I have reported an issue, the staff here have been quick to act on it. Also, the property currently has a really good Apartment Life team that is always putting together creative and fun things for the residents to participate in. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a nice community in the area to consider Addison Pointe.

We were extremely lucky to find and obtain an apartment here. The people who work here are great. Everything is well maintained, apartment is very nice and roomy. Couldn't be happier!

Addison Pointe has been a wonderful place for us the past year and a half. The amenities are plentiful and the apartment grounds is well kept. Maintenance requests are answered promptly and effectively. We would recommend this apartment to anyone.

Looked at a number of complexes in the area found Addison Pointe the best selection. The units are fresh and very clean friendly neighbors and great amenities . The maintenance staff is courtesy and very prompt and efficient . The office staff is great can’t say enough about Lindsay the manager professional and a warm person to deal and when something needs to be done Lindsay is hands on and get it handled. Brittani is the assistant manager a great professional to deal with . A very knowledgeable person and handles everything in a very timely manner when they are presented to her . Patrick and Cynthia are great additions to the front of the house very effective and handle all of your concerns also a great first impression when you first walk in the office Great and pleasant neighbors I am proud to call Addison Point my home for over 2 years.

I’ve been a resident here for almost a year and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience renting at Addison Pointe. The apartments are conveniently located and I love taking advantage of Wickham park right across the street. The units are modern and I have not had any maintenance issues. The staff is very friendly and always makes it clear to raise any issues right away!

My family and I love living at Addison Pointe! The amenities are amazing and we are always amazed at how quickly each of our needs is met, and with a smile to boot! The maintenance team is top-notch and so quick to respond. We love the property manager, Lindsay, as she cares so much about the residents and is always kind and intentional. Britanni is funny and always ready to go to bat for you, and Patrick is your go-to guy for literally anything! We believe the staff here has truly made the biggest difference in our experience living at Addison Pointe, and we look forward to calling it home for much longer!

I have lived here for 3+ years. I love the community, the apartment life activities, and the amenities. I feel safe in this area. The apartments look very beautiful. The staff always makes sure to take care of issues in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend living here!

Wow! What a fantastic community. We love it here and are so pleased with our apartment and the management that runs this place. The property is beautiful and Brittani and Patrick make things easy. We love Addison Pointe and wouldn't want to live anywhere else!
