Pet Policy
Addison Pointe allows up to two pets per apartment, with a $300 fee per pet, plus monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. While we love pets, we do have some restrictions on exotic animals and certain dog breeds. We use PetScreening.com for all pet approvals to ensure an easy process. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
