Pet Policy

Addison Pointe allows up to two pets per apartment, with a $300 fee for one pet or $500 for two, plus monthly pet rent of $25 for one pet and $15 for a second. While we love pets, we do have some restrictions on exotic animals and certain dog breeds. We use PetScreening.com for all pet approvals to ensure an easy process. Please contact the leasing office for more details.
