Addison Pointe offers spacious 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartment options tailored to various lifestyle needs. 

Yes, we love pets! Addison Pointe allows up to two pets per apartment, with a $300 fee for one pet or $500 for two, plus monthly pet rent of $25 for one pet and $15 for a second. While we love pets, we do have some restrictions on exotic animals and certain dog breeds. We use PetScreening.com for all pet approvals to ensure an easy process. Please contact the leasing office for more details.

Addison Pointe provides gated access for your peace of mind. Residents receive a directory code for entry, and guests can connect through the resident's phone to gain access. Residents may also purchase a vehicle gate sticker for $25. We offer first-come, first-serve parking throughout our community for both residents and guests, so everyone has easy access. 

Residents only pay for parking if they choose to rent a private garage.  We offer a range of individual garages to meet various preferences and needs. Availability is limited, so please contact us to secure a space. 

We have a dedicated on-site maintenance team to assist with resident requests, which can be submitted through the Resident Portal. Our team responds within 48 hours. 

Packages are delivered to our Parcel Pending Lockers, with 24-hour access for residents. 

Enjoy the convenience of doorstep trash pickup—up to two bags are collected right outside your front door, five nights a week, making waste disposal effortless. 

Each building at Addison Pointe includes a convenient passenger elevator, making accessibility easy.

We are a smoke-free community, offering a healthier and cleaner living environment for all residents. 

Yes, we have a Courtesy Officer available after business hours for non-emergency concerns. 

Yes, our clubhouse is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM. It includes a coffee bar, business lounge, and game room. 

Our pool is open year-round from dawn until dusk, featuring an in-water lounge deck and surrounding hammock seating areas. 

Addison Pointe offers a dog park to ensure your furry friends have a place to play, with a pet washing station coming soon for added convenience. 

Yes, Addison Pointe features two gas grills as well as a Big Green Egg, giving residents great options for outdoor cooking and entertaining. 

Yes, we have two EV charging stations accessible via the Blink app.

Our 24/7 fitness center includes free weights, cardio equipment, and on-demand fitness training via a dedicated iPad in the yoga area. 

Addison Pointe will soon offer an on-site car wash station, providing residents with a convenient way to keep their vehicles clean without leaving the community. 

Our apartments are equipped with GE stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, disposal, refrigerator, microwave, and oven / stovetop.

Yes, each apartment includes a washer and dryer. Most units feature full-size appliances, while some one-bedroom units have stackable models. 

Addison Pointe showcases elegant faux hardwood flooring throughout the living and kitchen areas, as well as in the bathrooms, combining style and practicality. The bedrooms are thoughtfully carpeted in a neutral color, providing warmth and comfort. 

Yes! We offer screened in balconies and patios often accompanied by a gorgeous view. With such a variety of options available, you are sure to find the perfect screened-in patio or balcony to unwind and enjoy the scenery. 

We provide both in-person and virtual tours. While appointments are not required, we recommend scheduling one for a seamless experience. 

Lease terms range from 7 to 24 months, with the best rates available for 12-24 month leases.

Residents need to set up electricity with Florida Power & Light. Water is billed through Oates Energy, and internet or cable is available through Spectrum or AT&T. 

Renter's insurance is recommended. If a policy is not submitted, a mitigated risk fee will be added to the rent. 

To apply, simply click the 'LEASE NOW' button located in the top right corner of our website, which will direct you to our online application portal. After selecting your desired move-in date, floor plan, and apartment number, you can complete your application for review. Once submitted, you will receive instructions on how to upload your income documents and provide your rental history contacts. 

An application fee, administration fee, and holding fee are required at the time of application. Additional move-in fees may apply. PetScreening.com accounts are also required for all residents. 

Rent can be paid through our online portal, by personal check, or cashier’s check. 

Rent is due on the first of the month, with a grace period extending to the third day of each month. Late fees will start on the fourth day of each month. 

At Addison Pointe subletting is not permitted. Guests staying over 14 days must apply for residency.
